Lung Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are testing a new positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent, used in conjunction with CT imaging, for early detection and characterization of potentially lethal lung cancer. Clinical trials are being conducted by the Stanford Nuclear Medicine Clinic of Stanford University Medical School’s Department of Radiology, under the leadership of Dr. Sanjiv (Sam) Gambhir.
