CONFERENCE SHUTTLES
Complimentary shuttles will be provided from the Sheraton Palo Alto to Symposium events as well as from the Arrillaga Alumni Center to Wine and Trees on Wednesday evening. Please note, if you plan on driving to Wine and Trees, there will be parking at Woodside Elementary School and a shuttle will then take you to the event. The address for Woodside Elementary School is: 3195 Woodside Road, Woodside, CA 94062. Shuttles will depart from the main entrance of the Alumni Center.
PARKING
Self parking is available in designated parking lots located near the Alumni Center and is monitored from 8 am - 4 pm each day. The parking lot near the stadium (at the intersection of Campus Drive and Galvez Street) has a self-serve payment machine and accepts both cash and credit cards. The approximate cost for a full-day parking pass is $15.00. All parking charges will be the individual's responsibility.
MEALS
Continental breakfasts, full lunches, and morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be served at the conference; a full dinner will be served at each of the evening events. If you have indicated dietary requirements, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
ATTIRE
Casual/Business casual is recommended for daytime as well as evening events. We recommended that you bring a light sweater or jacket as the evenings can turn chilly, and central air conditioning inside the conference session rooms can cause the temperature to be changeable. Also, as the Wednesday dinner is a garden party, high heels are not advised.
